AirSense 11 not recording entire night
I've noticed the past couple of nights that my AirSense 11 has been only counting around 3 hours of therapy when I have had my mask on for roughly 8-9 hours. As you can see, my sleep/wake times are disordered (it's a circadian rhythm disorder, I can give specifics if that would be appropriate here). Recently I exchanged my mask out from the F&P Simplus Medium to an F&P Vitera Large (was given a F20 AirFit and hated it, switched to the Simplus that I used during my PSG then got a Vitera) on the 25th and had some minor leak issues with that but the machine is not complaining that there's been any mask leaks.
The previous night was showing the same 3~ hour session but when I looked today, it was normal as you can see in the screenshot. Could it also have something to do with the update ResMed put out recently? myAir is working for me now, so I assume I did get the update.
Thanks for your help

Edit: I received my machine on 08/02/2023

The screenshot that is not OSCAR is my Fitbit sleep tracking data. I tried to edit it a second time but it did not let me, sorry.

RE: AirSense 11 not recording entire night
So are the session times you're seeing actually accurate? Is there just data missing

RE: AirSense 11 not recording entire night
Well, the last two sessions are (according to OSCAR, also lines up with ResScan):
12:00:06-15:21:06 on 08/28/2023 counted as 3 hours and 21 minutes
and
12:00:06 to 11:59:19 on 08/27/2023 counted as 8 hours and 58 minutes
My fitbit data shows (times in EST):
7:21am to 4:12pm on 08/28/2023
7:19am to 4:09pm on 08/27/2023.
You'd expect the amount of time to be lower with the fitbit since it doesn't count mask on/off, just sleep stages based on movement.
I do not know what time zone the ResMed data is recorded in, maybe it's UTC?

RE: AirSense 11 not recording entire night
Please look at the "12:00:06 to 11:59:19 on 08/27/2023 counted as 8 hours and 58 minutes". Your times would mean that you started before you ended. You went back in time by 45 seconds. That is an impossibility.

RE: AirSense 11 not recording entire night
Maybe ResScan doesn't agree, it looks like it does wrap around and split one night into two events. When I look here, it sort of seems like there's an event that is 7~ hours but it shows it starting on the 27th and ending on the 28th. I find that odd but I guess it could be splitting that up but it's still confusing as I don't know where those hours would be going in the reports as the previous day shows a normal session with similar sleep times.
ResScan Usage:

OK! I now see that your sleep sessions were active during the beginning and ending time period of a CPAP day. If you are unaware, a Resmed day is from noon to noon, according to the CPAP's time setting . . . or in your case, the timezone setting.
