RE: Aircurve 10 ASV Auto not sleeping very tired
Dave - I hope it is ok to reply to an older thread. On 1-1-25 I took you advice and set EPAP 7/15 PS 4/15 the change was EPAP minimum from 10 to 7. That worked very well. A week later 1-8-25 not sleeping as well as I would like I changed the EPAP to 6/14 and that worked well. Again 5 days later (today) 1-13-25 I had a hard time sleeping so after 3 hours of trying to sleep I change the EPAP to 5/13 and was able to go to sleep. Why is my body constantly adjusting and am I in your opinion making positive changes. This latest change puts me back close to where I started in 3-18-19 EPAP 5/15 PS 3/20.
IPAP 9/28
EPAP 5/13
PS 4/15

Thanks
Ron

It's perfectly fine posting here. It's preferable to keep historical connections.

We'll want to see an OSCAR chart of those edits to see if, how, why it helped or didn't. Seeing things will reveal the whole story.

It sounds like things are pretty random for you, unfortunately more bad random than good.

Unless you already have done so, I'd try EPAP 6 or 7 min again, but lower EPAP Max to 12
