Airsense 10 Warm Up Option

I know the Airsense 10 models offer a Run Warmup option for the humidifier. This option allows you to pre-heat the water before starting therapy, so that the air is not cold or dry at the beginning of therapy.

I have not been able to find how much time you should allow for warmup, 1min, 5min, 10min before therapy or doesn't it mater?

10 minutes perhaps, take about 20 minutes to fully warm up, then keep at that temp for an extra 10 minutes
After that, will goes into cooling mode, if you're not ready to start
