My Airsense 11 will arrive in a few days. I've been using my AirMini for the last few months and have gotten used to it without humidification.
I was wondering if anyone had success in finding the 'side cover' accessory to use this device without the water tank.
I tried locating a online source to purchase this part with no success.
I don't think ResMed is making the Side Cover for the Air 11.
Doing a search for "Side Cover" on Resmed's site will return dozens of Air 10 Side Covers, but not one for the Air 11. The look of the Air 11 opening doesn't look like it's designed for one. Perhaps there will be one eventually, but I wouldn't expect to find one at a third party reseller, before seeing it listed with ResMed.
Turning the heater plate off and using an empty tank is the only option for now.
It appears that the AirSense 11 was rushed out the door to meet the demand for machines after the Phillips recall. I was tld by my DME, there is more to come.

Thanks, i guess I will use it with the tank for now. I remembered the Airsense 11 manual referring to a side door accessory and also seeing images of the AS11 sans water tank.

Thanks! Finally, my dream has come true! I ordered one and will post back with a comparison if anyone is interested.
This is perfect timing because I am about to travel soon and would like to take it on the road.
BTW, I would love to visit Taiwan one day. It's on my list of places to visit.
