Thank you for posting that chart. When I used my Resmed S9 ASV, my flow rate pattern looked very similar. I think this is ok because the tops are still round. These 7 different inspiration flow tops just show the very tops of the wave. Yours tops are mostly round and would be like #1 IMO. If someone with more experience would like to comment on this flow rate pattern, please do.
