Any Way to Set Redmed to Flat Sub 10 Second Apneas?
I'm annoyed that my resmed is not reporting obvious apneas that show up on the waveforms. I would really like to know if they are central or obstructive in nature. I think it's because they are not 10s long so the software ignores them.
Is there any way to tell if it's obstructive or central by looking at the data?

I'm sure others that are better with OSCAR waveforms will come along to tell you what's shown. The algorithm, software, etc. will not flag an event as an apnea if it is not 10 seconds, as it must be at least that long to be defined as an apnea. OSCAR and/or the PAP are accurate in not flagging the event as apnea if it did not last 10 seconds, as this is the accepted medical definition.
Is the 0.77 CA per the 2 hour 35 minutes causing sleep disturbances? If so, it may be that you're sensitive to pressure swings, and may want to consider straight CPAP pressure. And again, I don't know if this was a normal sleep session or a nap. If that is a common sleep session length, that would be more concerning I'd think.
