Are the machine AHI numbers accurate? 92 to 2 seems too good to be true?
My doctor prescribed an IPAP of 21, but I kept waking up after the ramp up with the mask almost floating above my face. Adjusting the fit didn't help. So I slowly lowered the pressure and settled on 13. I'm now sleeping through the night and waking up wide awake at 6am. My AHI has stayed under 5, usually 1-2. That seems too good to be true with how different the pressure is compared to my doctor. Obligatory note that I do have an appointment with her coming up soon.

Welcome to the board. There is just no way to know what is going on with your treatment without some hard data. We get that data through a program called OSCAR. Oscar is a totally free program that is at the top of the site. You need a SD card in the machine while you sleep the data for the night then needs to be downloaded to this board so we can see what is happening.

Was a titration study involved?, If not it was a guess, perhaps an educated guess.
If a Titration Study was involved pressure was increased on (fairly short) intervals until your AHI for the interval was met with an acceptable AHI. Little to no consideration is given for your sleep state or that the lower pressure and thus earlier portions of your sleep were just a small but bad portion of your sleep. When you lowered your pressure you used that pressure most likely all night and thus got a better overall view of your night's sleep. I'd bet I could find small portions of your night that are bad despite the overall good you found. So yes, it is entirely possible that you see that dramatic of an improvement. Not please post your daily charts and we can see if there is something you might improve on

I don't know if a titration study was done or not. I'm assuming that would be in the medical file from the sleep center? I'll read it over tonight. Here's last night's data:
The large gap in the middle of the night was due to an insane thunder and lightening storm when I had to go check on the kids and reassure my daughter.

You are using an ST BiLevel with a timed rate that isn't firing and with an unusually low (not necessarily bad) PS of 2, why?
What I'm seeing could have easily been done with an AutoSet.
