Are these snoring and reras events noteworthy?
I feel good but are the snoring jumps worrisome.

A big Jump in VS2 with a zero reading on VS strongly suggests that the machine is picking some vibration that is not caused by your airway.
It could be: 1) Some rainout in the middle of your tube. 2) Some external vibration source I wouldn't worry about it.

My interpretation is that you have to much leak and I suspect you are suffocating a bit seeing your pretty high respiration rate and your expiratory time close to your inspiratory time. Normally I would recommend EPR but that is probably not what you want to hear (winky smiley).

Yes, he definitely could use some EPR, except he's using a Respironics, so he's stuck with Flex, which in my opinion won't work as efficiently as ResMed.
