ResMed say the same thing but I,m not sure. My AHI most days below "1" but cannot seem to get flow limitation under control at any pressure.
I would think if apnea being taken care off so should flow limitation too but not what ResScan shows

The S9 uses an updated algorithm for detection and for adjusting pressure, and because of that, you'll get different recording of events... and therefore, it's working better.
