I think your PS Min 6 is too high. You should be able to use PS 3 Min and PS Max around 8, 10 at the most. Just my opinion, with settings that are a bit away from the approximate target you can edit quicker if you choose. Certain occasions, it doesn't benefit to gradually get it to the target.

Okay, tonight i willl do
Min EPAP: 8.6
Max EPAP: 11
Min PS: 3
Max PS: 8
Will post oximetry data as well. Hopefully you or Sleeprider may be able to help me fine tune settings for less arousals.
Looking at your charts, your EPAP only ranges from 8.0 to 8.69, so it looks like you could choose a lower EPAP min if you chose. Similarly, your IPAP is persistently high and does not vary much from breath to breath. Your median IPAP is 18, and the maximum goes to 19.2, so very little variation shows you have a persistent PS of 11.0. Regardless of your PS min being 6.0, you almost never see it. The few places where your IPAP drops back to the minimum of 14.0, we see some irregular breathing. Based on settings, your pressure range is potentially from 14/8 to 20/8. I have no idea why you are so persistently at 18 or 19/8. It seems excessive, but it is constant. Your particular use of ASV is not really within my experience, and as far as I know you are not under a doctor's care. I don't really know how to judge this.

RE: Bilevel ASV - Resuming After Septoplaasty
Hey, I switched to the settings you recommended. Sleep felt better actually but still have arousals. Oximeter looked decent. Unfortunately forgot the data card, but I’m hoping it’s as good as last night. I will try to send data from tonight tomorrow. Less leaks I think because lessened aerophagia and awakenings. Pressure was def too high. Thank you for your recommendation.

RE: Bilevel ASV - Resuming After Septoplaasty
Question. Is this pattern healthy or is it a RERA. My watch still shows a lot of arousals at night. OSCAR waveform is this typically. I will send tonight’s data.
