Can you move the leak rate graph up so we can see it?
I'd delete the AHI graph or move it out of the way.
Here's a good video on Central's:

RE: Air pressure adjustments
Okay, the first screenshot where the machine flagged two CA's back to back is a false positive. You can see how you take a bigger breath on either side of it? That's not consistent with a loss of respiratory drive. More than likely you took a big breath and rolled into another position and then just didn't breath for a period of time.

Trying to get a good nights sleep with the wrong mask is just not going to work. Did you read the Mask Primer? Link is in my signature line. One thing you may want to look into is "mask liners." Just Google mask liners for the F20 mask. This may bring relief with the sore nose area. Other than that, I only looked at one graph that shows at least 5 hrs sleep, and it looks good. The couple clear airway events are nothing to worry over. We all have them now and then. Your flow limitation is low and the leak rate isn't high. Probably the few leaks shown on the graph are from mask movement with you trying to adjust it. You could try lowering your pressure a little more, from 12 down to 11.4, then to 11 after a few days. Observe if the CA's lessen too. Seriously consider the mask liners or possibly a different size mask cushion??? If that doesn't work out, a different style mask may be the answer, one that doesn't hit the bridge of your nose.

RE: Air pressure adjustments
Yep, read the mask primer indeedy!
Tis interesting because it seems most people don't have to tighten the AirTouch cushion as much to get a good seal vs the AirFit. The leaks look good. Sometimes thou they can wake you up. To tease that out it's helpful to know what awake breathing looks like. Here's an example of me falling asleep: Notice how it looks irregular? And there are some "jaggies"? I'm not asleep here. This is right after I laid down and turned machine on. I think there are some video's on AirTouch fitting on the Tube. The "centrals"? At least some of them can be tossed as false positives. So, if the numbers are stressing you out...it's probably lower than what the machine reports if you toss false positive flags. Cheers
