[CPAP] CPAP and Overactive Bladder relief

I have moderate sleep apnea and overactive bladder. 
I have been using CPAP for 2 months with good results in reducing apnea events but have had no relief in terms of decreasing the number of times I have to get up to urinate.
How long does it take for CPAP to help with nocturia and night time frequency if it is going to help?

It is dependent on the cause of your OAB. If is is OSA-induced, then CPAP may help reduce OAB as it treats OSA. If it is another cause, then it will have little impact on it. 

Are you on any medications for your nocturnal bathroom breaks? Any idea of the cause?

My urologist and sleep doctors do not know cause of either illness.
I am not overweight, exercise daily, do not smoke, do not use recreational drugs, drink alcohol occasionally.
My urologist told me CPAP would have helped by now if it was going to.

Without seeing OSCAR data, I cannot comment on how well CPAP is treating your OSA. If CPAP is not truly resolving things, then there may be room for improving to the point it may make a difference.

If the docs have already ruled out the typical nocturnal bathroom issues e.g. BPH and other prostate issues, then I have no idea of other possible causes.

Try following the rule:
1) No food for > 3 hrs before going to bed.
2) No fluids for > 2 hrs before going to bed.

And ensure your CPAP therapy is dialed in and is giving you a restful sleep and a cheerful day.

Age can and does have an affect on a bladder. The older you are, chances are, you more you will likely have to go. 

Never heard of CPAP Therapy making it less of an issue.
