How much sleep do you need? How much do you get?

How much sleep do you need? How much do you get?
So tracking sleep for a few days and wondering
How much sleep do you need?
I heard 5 hours of cpap was good enough.
My machine has a deep sleep function and I am happy to see when I get those numbers.
As my rabbi said when I asked how much sleep do you need
He said 5 more minutes ???

RE: How much sleep do you need? How much do you get?
The five hours of sleep needed is just a number to show that you are compliant in using your machine.  It has nothing to do with how much sleep you need.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution
