[CPAP] Need advice on fatigue

Need advice on fatigue
I have been using my BIPAP for over three months now and still am experiencing extreme fatigue. The fatigue and sleepy-ness have gotten better for sure but I seem to be plateuing and am nowhere near functioning. I told my sleep doctor this and she said she doesn't believe my fatigue is caused by sleep apnea anymore. Based on my charts can I still improve with the BIPAP in your opinion? I have been on the same settings for around two months now with my BIPAP and am not sure if maybe I just need to fine tune it or what. My full face mask has been leaking randomly at night but I have no idea what is causing it, I am trying to get that under control but need advice on pressure or anything else I should try. Thank you.

RE: Need advice on fatigue
Good numbers do not translate to good sleep. Google sleep hygiene. Good sleep may take some patience adjusting to the new environment.
CPAP is a journey like “The Wizard of Oz”. It’s a long slow journey. You will face many problems and pick up many friends along the way. Just because you reach the poppies, it doesn’t mean you are in Kansas.

I have been getting what I would call decent sleep but I guess you guys can't determine that. I almost always get 8 - 10hrs. When I don't get 9 I have to take a nap that day.

The charts you put up do not help a lot.  I have a link  to the charts needed to get the most information in my signature.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Sorry, I had read the guidlines before but misunderstood what they had said to do. Here should be what you are asking for.
