[CPAP] Never feeling rested

Never feeling rested
I have been on cpap for about 2 years now I have not felt any results. I went back to a sleep doctor he made me do 3 sleep studies to find out I have complex apnea he got me an asv machine but I still feel like crap every day I wake up. Brain fog is so bad at this point I can't even function at my job. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. I have sleep hq but it isn't allowing me to post the link

I've used an ASV in the past, and can help get it set for you. It's easy enough, but we need to see some data.

Can I pursuade you into getting the totally free OSCAR chart program? OSCAR and data on an SD card can then be posted as attachments perfectly fine now. OSCAR link is above in the top banner.

Meanwhile, what ASV settings are you using now?

RE: Never feeling rested
OK thanks.

Here's 2 edits I'm seeing. PS is likely too high for the minimum. Turn 5 down to 3. Keep the max PS 12.

Although you're using ASV Auto mode, EPAP is set to static 11, indicated by EPAP 11 min, 11 max. Let's redo this to EPAP 6-12.

We need to make this more comfortable. Try those 2 things.

OK looks good, but does it feel OK?

You'll almost always have some shaggy activity on the flow limits with the ASV. So I'd not concern over that.
