Question about sharing sleep data
Hello all,
I am new to posting questions on this forum and I was wondering if people share their OSCAR or SleepHQ data here to get guidance and advice.
If so, what is the safest (data safety-wise) and most effective way to post my sleep data with everyone to get guidance and advice? What software is the best for sharing my sleep data to help get guidance and advice? and what settings should I make sure I adjust to not reveal any private information when sharing my sleep data.
Thanks!

RE: Question about sharing sleep data
yes we do. just use the forum attachement feature, there really isn't a data safety concern unless you add personal info to your post. don't use your full name on the forum or as profile name in oscar and you'll be fine!
read this
wiki to learn how to format oscar data to take a screenshot and share it here.

Posting OSCAR Reports is the best way for forum members to assist you.

Setting up your OSCAR Report helps standardize the format to make it easier to assist in analyzing the report.

I did not mean to step on Narcil.
I did not notice that the word "wiki" was blue in color, therefore I thought it was a general reference to "The Wiki"
