RE: Newly Diagnosed - How are my stats with Airsense 11
Things look good but you have some settings that should be changed.  Your EPR is doing nothing.  A quick explanation.  first you have it set to ramp only so it is could not work during therapy. Second your min pressure is set at 4.  The absolute lowest any cpap can go is 4 so epr can not work.

What is epr?  Well it is exhale pressure relief.  When you use it the min is made less for exhale, making it easier to exhale and that help to control flow limits.  Example Min of 7 no EPR the exhale is at 7.  Min of 7 EPR of 3 the exhale is 4 (7-3).   Your setting is EPR 3 and min 4  (4-3) has to be 4 because the cpap can not go lower than 4.

Suggestion would be to set the EPR full time at 3
Min 7

That would allow the EPR to work and would help your flow limits.  What are flow limits?  They are apnea just like H and O events, cutting off oxygen.  The events are smaller and are NOT counted in your AHI.  Why should you care about flow limits?  The cpap machine raises up the pressure when it finds flow limit to stop them from becoming the O and H events that are counted in the AHI.  Also the raise in pressure can cause people not to get into deep sleep and not feel well rested and they can cause you to wake up.
