Welcome to the forum gummywadu-your leak rate is very bad, that is the first thing to fix, please check your hose and hose connections for holes/gaps and your mask seal. Are you sleeping on your side on a flat pillow or are you propped up?

Also please hit F12 while in Oscar to generate the proper screenshot to share.

Look at the gray areas of the charts, those areas (almost all of it) is a large leak. The therapy is nonexistent because of the leaks.

RE: help needed!
As others have mentioned your leaks do need to be addressed. Most all new PAP users have issues with leaks, After some time when you think you have solved all known issues with leaks your therapy starts to work, you loose weight and now the mask does not fit as it used to, so now you leak again.

Try reading the Mask Primer.

After you have read down to the Jeffy1958, pay close attention as he describes how to get a leak free mask fit. He has a means of putting everything you have read prior to that point, in to practical application. He has several very good pointers to assist getting a leak free fit. Tighter is not always better.

You are going to be sleeping with your mask and AirSense 10 for a long time so you might as well invest some time getting to know OSCAR. It will Help us Help You.

Post back with updated OSCAR Reports.

If you have any questions, concerns, or doubts please post back.
