CPAPC SHOWS SD CARD LOCKED - IT ISN'T
Respitonics Remstar Auto A-Flex
This is an older machine, probably 2012
There hasnt been an SD card in it
I went today to insert a card and the screen says 'SD Card Locked'
I have tried different cards and they all have the switch up to the write position
These are SDHC cards. Some have said they will not work on older machines I need just SD cards, others say they do.
Any helpful ideas please?
The manual does not address SD card locked under trouble shooting
Hi RV Winkle! -
What size card are you trying to use? In 2012, a 2GB card was considered large. Also, 2012 was the year that the SDHC and SDXC cards were released. I doubt Respironics had time to update their product line with the new card reader. If you are wondering (even if you're not) the SDHC and SDXC specification added extra pins, which may cause a problem in your machine

UPDATE = With an older 2GB SD card I was able to get some files downoaded.
One is a core.log file which is 169B and looks like the file I need
But I cannot figure out how to open it
