Care Provider change for CPAP data.

Care Provider change for CPAP data.
I would like to change my care provider for data and therapy consultation to a local pulmonary practice.  I bought my ResMed Airsense 11 online and the CPAP HAS  an SD Card and cellular module.  Who woul I need to contact to route the data feed and compliance reports to the new practice?

You would need to have a patient relationship with the doctor and request the DME include them to receive reports. Not all doctor's offices are able to get AirView reports directly as it requires a subscription with Resmed. Another alternative is to use Oscar and post some reports here. We can help you to understand them and what might be relevant to print and take to your doctor.

I've jumped DMEs several times over the years, and my last DME told me that having the card made it much simpler to get control of the data.
