IMO @TecFive hit on it:

OSCAR is a reporter of clinical observations; not a reporter of diagnosis

Central Apnea is a diagnosis; Clear Airway is a clinical observation, not a diagnosis.

Until Resmed (and others) claim their machines actually diagnose, OSCAR is best off simply reporting the clinical observations (as they do so well).

Go into OSCAR settings, event tab, and just edit the name of the flag. Problem solved, ticket closed.
