OSCAR is a reporter of clinical observations; not a reporter of diagnosis
Central Apnea is a diagnosis; Clear Airway is a clinical observation, not a diagnosis.
Until Resmed (and others) claim their machines actually diagnose, OSCAR is best off simply reporting the clinical observations (as they do so well).
