CPAP has already helped me alot but I want more. I still feel foggy and tired to an extent but feel alot better already. Some days I wake up and feel like my old self for a few days but it is transient. I posted my Oscar charts below for your reference. Let me know what you think.

Need advice regarding optimizing CPAP
I have been on CPAP for about three months now. Prior to CPAP I was a walking zombie with an insane amount of brainfog and sleepiness. I was Dxed with an at home test with an AHI of 6.2 and RDI of 21.1. They prescribed me a pressure of 4-20, but I slowly increased the pressure on my own as I wanted more out of my therapy. I am currently at a range of 13-20.

RE: Need advice regarding optimizing CPAP
Your therapy looks pretty good and you have resolved flow limitation with your current settings. It appears you don't need pressure above 15.0 and you might want to set the ramp minimum pressure to 7.0. Your use of EPR 3 has allowed you to control flow limits, and you're actually using a bilevel pressure of 13/10 to 15/12 (inhale/exhale). You have a few OA events that may be positional, so avoid tall firm pillows that might cause chin-tucking, but otherwise this looks very good. If this chart is typical, you probably need more hours of sleep to feel fully restored, 06:48 is marginal for most people, and something over 7-hours would probably better meet your needs.

RE: Need advice regarding optimizing CPAP
Thank you so much! I implemented your suggestions for tonight.
A few side questions-my typical night to night average AHI is about 1.7. Some days I get like a 1.0 and feel better on them--is there any answer to this variation? I am considering getting some form of positional therapy for the purpose of preventing apneas since I always turn back to my back mid sleep. Let me know if you have any ideas to consistently lower my AHI to those numbers aside from what you have already said. Really appreciate the time you took to look at my data.

RE: Need advice regarding optimizing CPAP
I see that you have some CA events. Is that typical and were there any evident in your sleep study?
Have you explored other issues as the cause of your brain fog, such as hypothyroidism?
