RE: Date By Serial Number ?
correction....... i just looked at my and my wife's sys one auto a flex's. i actually remembered to remove the water tank before turning them over. they have a serial number sticker on the bottoms with long serial numbers. at the bottom of each serial number sticker is a number. mine is 20111021 and hers is 20100706. those are probably the mfg date (2011-10-21 and 2010-07-06) and are consistent with when we got them. i got mine 12-28-2011 and she got hers 9-30-2010. so they were both 2 months old when we got them.
thanks for asking this. now i know.

Mt. Baker, Wash State, has gotten over a thousand inches of snow per year. I wonder if frequent rain in cold climates lessens apnea perhaps by cleaning the air and removing allergens. Warm rain might increase mold and thus allergens. Netskier
