I was wondering if someone could help me analyze my data. I have recently started having issues over the past six months of not waking up and feeling refreshed. I have lost over 30 pounds in the last while and wondered if that contributed to it. I have been waking up around 2 am each night and have been able to get back to bed, but it's quite different than my past experience.

New issues after 4 years of treatment
Hello all,
I was wondering if someone could help me analyze my data. I have recently started having issues over the past six months of not waking up and feeling refreshed. I have lost over 30 pounds in the last while and wondered if that contributed to it. I have been waking up around 2 am each night and have been able to get back to bed, but it's quite different than my past experience.

RE: New issues after 4 years of treatment
Given the weight loss (well done btw!), it would be worthwhile to self-titrate and see where your best fixed pressure may land. Give the following a go for a few nights.
Mode APAP Min pressure 9 Max pressure 15 EPR 2 full-time No ramp (unless absolutely necessary) That should give a reasonable 95% that may work as a fixed pressure, or we can find a minimal range that works for you. Whichever you prefer.

It would be helpful if you made some changes to your Oscar charts. Eliminate the calendar so that we can see useful information below. Also, set up only the following chart sections, in the order listed:
Event Flags Flow Rate Pressure Leak Rate Flow Limits Also, we need to be able to read to the very bottom of the Flow Limits. Thanks!

RE: New issues after 4 years of treatment
First thing I would fix is the large leaks. That may be causing your sleep architecture to be disturbed.
That may entail changing your old mask/pillows for a new one, or tightening the straps (or loosening in some cases). Or use a hose holder. Also, don't switch on lights when you wake up in the middle of the night. And you should have no visible clock faces when you wake up in the middle of the night. And don't look at any phone/computer light either.
