[Diagnosis] What format and files to send SD files to Doctor?

What format and files to send SD files to Doctor?
So, I've been using CPAP for nearly a month. I bought the equipment myself, so it wasn't set up to send the data to my doctor directly.

It's a resmed, so it's also in myair, but giving clinician access doesn't seem simple. So I tried sending the sd files to my doctor, specifically:
  • SETTINGS folder
  • Identification.crc
  • Identification.tgt
  • STR.edf
Although the doc is out, the secretary let me know that that's not usually how the files look like when they get them from the DMEs.

So I was wondering, anyone know how the data clinicians receive usually look like?
And how I can convert the Resmed SD card to that?
Just want to make sure the doc doesn't have trouble opening them, as my driving license depends on compliance

You are missing the DATALOG folder.

to make it easier, put the sd card in your computer. copy the entire card contents and paste it into a new folder on your computer. copy the contents of the new folder into a new sd card. mail the new card to the doctor and ask them to return it to you.

Some individuals create a zipped copy of all of the files on the SD card and forward them in the compressed mode. Others just copy their cards to another SD card and send that. And, still others send the data to the DMEs and ask them to forward the data to the doctor, provided they have a compatible AirView

Ask the nurse to ask the respiratory tech on call if she can’t be of further assistance. Most DMEs forward the processed files seamlessly to the Doctor over ResMed’’s professional system, AirView system.

You may want to send your provider this guide from Resmed. It should tell them how to get the files from your ZIP file into AirView or ResScan.

is the journal dat from resmed 10 equal to this journal.jni from resmed 11 ?
what is it exactly ? a catalogue of the stuff in datalog ?

If it is a Resmed, then any analysis software will require all files and directories on the SD card.  A zipped copy of the card's contents is one way, especially if you are going to electronically transmit the data to them.  Many medical practices are not knowledgeable as to how to use this data if you are delivering it in person.  ResScan requires that the data be on an SD card to be read.  The safest practice would be to create a copy of your SD card to provide to them.  The bottom-line is not to provide your only copy.

For your information the Resmed 10 and 11 series stores 365 days of summary data, 30 days of both detailed data and high-resolution data on an SD card.
