[CPAP] What is the most silent CPAP machine?

RE: What is the most silent CPAP machine?
The pitch change is the worst thing... We had a DeVilbiss for a couple of days and it had the pitch change noise you describe which I count not bear. I tried putting it in a box but no joy there, so returned it and got an AS10. The old PR System One 50 series was also fine from a noise perspective.

On quietness When I went to a P10 on my ResMed VAuto my wife kept waking me up to see if I was still breathing. She could literally not hear my breathing which was extremely evident on other mask/device combinations that I have used.
