I switched my exhale relief to Cflex 1. No ear pain! And no ear popping! But I'm still having my usual clicking when I swallow... which I mostly had before xPAP.

@Hydrangea, please note from actual Respironics publications, I gleaned the details of Flex and pressure relief, and now refer to this post:

The doctor says coffee does not affect my tinnitus and it's got lots of antioxidants....however, the after dinner drinks are a different matter altogether.
