My resmed s9 escape auto does not save date and time.
Hello.

I started using the resmed s9 escape auto again in 2023 and the equipment does not save the date and time.

I bought it in March 2014.
I used it in the past between 2014 and 2017.

The equipment was stopped 4 years.
Is it possible to fix?

Does resmed s9 escape auto use a battery or another component responsible for saving the date and time?

Thanks for helping me

Yes! It uses a battery like the one on a computer motherboard. If you leave S9 plugged in and set the date /time, it will maintain it until it loses power.

thanks.

Is it difficult to change the battery?

Do I need to send it to technical assistance?
