Heated tubings besides ClimateLine?
HI, I am a newbie still at all of this and been using an AirSense 11 for about six months. I've been using a Climateline tube to try and get some humidity to break through my constantly stuffy nose (due to a deviated septum and inflamed turbinates). I notice that the ClimateLine never seems to get to where it is set such as the top of 86, and looking to see if there is anything else that might work. I had heard of something called a Hybernite that someone posted on Reddit but it seemed like a bit too much for me since it has no variable settings and requires an extra plug; does anyone know of other heated tube models that could work?

RE: Heated tubings besides ClimateLine?
I also battled this congestion when I started and then from advice from this board I started using
Fluticasone Propionate. Same as Flonase. I buy it on amazon , it comes in 5 little spray bottles and one spray in each nostril and I’m good to go all night. It’s a steroid and it takes a little while to work so be patient. It has turned out to be the missing part of the puzzle that made pap therapy work for me. Also , my climate line is also set on auto. No problem.

I use a double thermal covering to minimize the heat loss of the heated hose. The internal one is for the slimline tube, and I use a standard tube isolator (without the zipper) over it. Both are available on Amazon.

I think all heated tubes that are not ClimateLine would need a separate plug for the AirSense 11. I use auto humidifier setting and it's been fine. I would also recommend a hose cover.

Diablo, do you also have your humidity setting set to a higher number? That helps.
I used to use Flonase for congestion before bed, but I recently switched to AstePro, using just one spray in each nostril. It's good for the congestion but has the happy side effect of making me sleep longer!

Thank you all for the suggestions, I have ordered a tube cover for a start.
