#1
Question
I have purchased an Airfit p10 mask
I was napping and tried Airfit P10. I wanted to try something different but I never expected the result to be this bad AHI 20. 59
AHI 20.59 3.36 3.96 4.61 4.61
Obstructive Index 7.21 0.84 0.92 1.56 1.56
Hypopnea Index 2.06 1.91 2.37 2.19 2.19
Clear Airway Index 11.33 0.61 0.68 0.85 0.85
Flow Limitation Index 0.00 0.13 0.11 0.07 0.07
RERA Index 0.00

Any idea?

I have both masks and I've never had a swing in number like that. Don't know what caused it but I doubt it was the mask.

Post some charts if you can.

OK here is the of chart the afternoon nap I did with the P10 (by the way, it felt so nice!) and the normal mask sleep I am usually doing to keep; my brain cells and functioning. (with Amara View).

The first thing that sticks out is the lack of a recorded flow during your nap. That would make me think that the problem may be with recording during that time. Other things that could cause the cluster of events are sleep-wake junk and chin tucking. The last thing I see is a connection with the mask causing it.

Yes, you are right because upon further testing the picture became a bit brighter...I still cannot figure what I could have done for that hour....

A couple of questions:

  1. What manner of man are you that can summon up fire without flint or tinder? Wink
  2. Are you sure your P10 is assembled, connected and adjusted correctly?

Sheepish, I like you...(Monty Python aficionado)

You are correct, after a while, second, third trials and trying all possible sizes, it seem to be working. Now I just need to keep my mouth shut....
