[Equipment] Question - Airsense 11 - SD Card Corruption Safety

Hello all,

I started using an SD card with my Airsense 11, and I am wondering if I need to turn off my Airsense 11 device by unplugging it from the wall before inserting or extracting the SD card. Will removing or adding the card while the device is on standby risk the SD card file to corrupt?

as long as you don't pull out the card while the led next to the port is blinking you won't corrupt it. you don't need to unplug it.

you also need to lock the card before inserting it into the computer, your machine won't accept the card if your computer writes anything to it.

You only need to lock the SD card if you are using a ResMed S9 CPAP machine on Windows. it is not necessary elsewhere.
