Unless you have a Nonin 3150 BLE oximeter, then it is NOT going to pair with the A11 series. Along with the A11's data, you can import the O2Ring's data into OSCAR.

I am glad you chimed in. I was about to buy the ring.  I already have an o2 sensor I integrate with OSCAR along with AirSense data via sd card. I just thought if an o2 sensor could sync directly with the apap the time index would be more precise and this data would get sent to my doctor via the upload. Probably not worth paying $900 for an 02 sensor.
