Should I send this AirSet 10 back?
My doctor ordered a ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset, Model 337207 but the DME supplier sent an AirSense 37208 ("For Her").
I couldn't reach the supplier so called ResMed and spoke to a support person, who urged me to send it back immediately (her tone made me a little alarmed). Well, if you knew me, you'd know what my response would be... And anyway, I wanted a night's worth of data (which I now have but can't read, except on MyAir).
So: you folk who know all about these units, please let me know whether it would be best to replace it or whether the differences are negligible and can be easily overcome.

Keep it. You just got the better machine. The "for Her" does everything the AirSense 10 does but a little more.

That's the notion I formed from another conversation along similar lines. Thanks,
Walla Walla, that really makes my day. Glad to know that I don't have to go through the bother of exchanging, but delirious that I'm getting something better!

Winner winner, chicken dinner! You got the best one.

Yep that is a good mistake.
Now, if your voice starts changing in pitch, you may have a problem...only kidding...

Just to be clear to others reading this thread.
There is NOTHING wrong with the ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset. It is an excellent machine and suitable for anyone not needing a more advanced CPAP (BiPAP/BiLevel or ASV)

Keep it, their mistake and it is now used
It has some extra software if it that is not worth paying for, but you got it for FREE, so KEEP IT.
I am NOT a doctor. I try to help, but do not take what I say as medical advice.
