This was my second night of therapy and first night of capturing data for OSCAR. It is nice to see the AHI's decrease I tested at 36.5AHI but now only 3.11! But I would like to dial in a little more to get the best rest I can.
Looking into the OSCAR report it seems that first I need to address large leaks. I was having issues with keeping my mouth closed using my N30i (going to try tape tonight). But it looks like I have my pressure set a little too low? I started at 4 the first night, then increased to 6 for last night. But it looks like min pressure should be somewhere around 8? (It seems like I might even need to increase my max.)
Would it be a good idea to turn off RAMP? I don't think I need it and am adjusting well to the higher pressure.

I've been on CPAP therapy for 23 nights. My starting AHI was 13, but by the fifth night, I managed to bring it down to 1.76. This isn’t necessarily my best result, but it’s my latest one for reference: see pic, I can't post links apparently. I generally don’t experience issues with leaks, as the Evora Full Face Mask by Fisher & Paykel works well for me. Hopefully, using mouth tape will help address the leaks for you.
In my experience, a minimum pressure of 8 is effective, though I’m considering raising mine to 10. My max is currently set at 15, which seems to work fine. As for the ramp feature, I prefer leaving it on. Without it, my CPAP jumps to full pressure even when I'm awake and breathing comfortably. By keeping it at 8 for the first 20 minutes, I have enough time to fall asleep gradually, without feeling the overwhelming force of the max pressure.
