First night with new Bipap after sleep study and 37 AHI mostly CA
RE: First night with new Bipap after sleep study and 37 AHI mostly CA
You need to do more than monitor your position, you need to take proactive steps to overcome it.  The easiest is to buy and wear a soft cervical collar.  When I needed one I tried quite a few, but found that I liked the Caldera Releaf Collar (available on Amazon) the best by far.  It was truly comfortable and worked as well as others that were not comfortable.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

Morning, I ended up trying the same settings I had on my old S9 machine again and results were positive for the last 2 nights. I was also able to get my leak rate down. See attached.
