RE: Fragmented Sleep on BiPAP
I can tell you if you would qualify for ASV if you can tell me, or show me, the sleep study results pertaining to events and count. Were there Central Apnea before a Titration, as in the diagnostic PSG sleep study? How many CA to OA? If there's no CA, or they're not making up half your events, ASV requirement is NOT met. ASV is also not for everyone.

Certainly! I'll need to follow up on this when I receive the results from my recent study. They said it would take 7-10 days to get back to me. Thank you!

Keep their feet to the fire. At least my docs forget to get test results posted if they don't hear from squeaky wheel Dave.
If you only get the events and count, that'll be enough to tell. Most that have CA at your current level really don't need ASV. Anyway, let's see what the stats say.
