Great Night into Terrible Night
Looking for some help in addition to sending the same to my primary sleep doctor.
Dec 13th night was great. Fell asleep comfortably and total AHI of 2.12 over 7 1/2 hours.
Dec 14th night was horrific. First 40 minutes awake trying to sleep - CPAP recorded AHI rate of 22/hr, all central apnea. I could feel a difference in the pressure / breath getting into me even though CPAP was on the same pressure setting. A couple minutes after laying down, my arms and legs starting to get numb/tingling and feel like they were floating away. Was super groggy/tired at this point but didn't get to sleep for another hour.
First hour of sleep saw AHI up to 30 and then level off back down to under 5 for most of the rest of the night.
Mask Pressure graph on last night's first 40 minutes looked very different than the normal.
Included are the following screenshots:
Dec 13
Dec 14 first 40 min
Dec 14 rest of night
including the second screen worth of data for Dec 13 and first 40 min of Dec 14 for comparison
