Has anyone ever received a refund on cpap after 3 months.
Hi, I'm new to the cpap world and was told after a month trial a cpap would work for me so i purchased an airsense 11 but 3 months in told its not working at all with the AHI going to 20+ and i need a aircurve 10?
Trialing the Aircurse 10 for 3 nights and its made my AHI go down to 0 0r 1 and had stopped all Central apneas.
Does anyone think with data this would be grounds to fight for a refund?
We are extremely lost and feel like we have been taken for a ride.
