As the title says, i got my CPAP back in February, and am just looking to see if there are any optimizations i can make based on the data from OSCAR! Was pointed here from Reddit, as i didnt understand all of the data

I'm not one of the real experts on the site but it is late and you will probably not get to many responses before tomorrow.
To begin with its not to bad. Completely forget the VS2 it really means nothing. Vs are snores so that means you are not breathing well during those. At the bottom, in the signature I have what FL, H, and OA are. Those can be helped by pressure. so the min number you have is 5 and that is to low. Raise it to 9. It looks like your leaks are ok but if you have the wrong type of mask listed in the machine it might show as been need of work. So for tonight just the one change, post in the morning so the gurus here have a change to look at it. They will get you dialed in quickly.

I agree with Stacey your minimum pressure is too low, first thing I would do is raise your minimum pressure to 9 and then overa few nights see how it goes. We may need to go a bit higher 9 is a good starting point. Try that for one night and post an updated graph
