Help me tweak some settings. Feeling tired again!

Help me tweak some settings. Feeling tired again!
Hello all. I've been using CPAP for years. Recently my apple watch has been telling me I havent been sleeping well. This correlates with me feeling extra tired lately. I decided to pull the SD and check some data. Any suggestions? I have noticed that my Respiratory rate on my watch and cpap always are pegged around 20 BPM. Does this seem high? I see most other users data around 15. I went back and checked data all the way to 2019 and i've been breathing at the same rate. It seems as though my minute Vent is high also. Does this seem to be an issue? I'm not too informed on these topics. I also notice I have a lot of events of not breathing for about 8 seconds, but oscar doesn't flag this. If anyone needs any more data let me know! Thanks

Increase minimum pressure to 7.0 so EPR 3 is full time. A maximum pressure of 20 is pointless since your pressure does not exceed 9.0. If the increase in minimum pressure does not work, we might just go for a fixed pressure of 8.0 with EPR 3. Your results are great, and less is more for you.

Ok great, I’ll give that a shot and see what happens. You see no issue with the high resp rate and increased minute vent?

The respiration rate and minute vent are high-normal. I don't know what we would do to depress the respiration rate. If you zoom into some random places we can look at the respiratory flow on a breath by breath basis and verify the rate with a 2-3 minute segment, but I don't expect any surprises.

Thanks so much for your help. I have attached a 3 minute random zoom. I don't see anything off myself, just some fast breathing. 22BPM in this segment

That verifies the respiration rate is as reported and looks completely normal. As I said before your minimum pressure should be 4.0 cm + EPR setting, so with EPR 3, a minimum pressure of 7.0, or with EPR 2, a minimum pressure of 6.0. In the screenshot, your minimum pressure is 6.0. It would be interesting to look at some charts and see if the respiration rate and pressure correlate in any way, i.e. if respiration rate drops with increased pressure.

I made those changes and bumped my min pressure up. I will record data for a few days and post this weekend to see if anything changes. Thanks
