New and STRUGGLING! Send help!

New and STRUGGLING! Send help!
I’m so happy to be here. Seems like there is a lot to learn from here. And I need the help badly. I’m a month in, and I’m so unhappy. I struggle to fall asleep with my mask on, and once I’m finally asleep, my O2 is still in the 80s. I think I just need a minimum pressure adjustment, but I don’t know where to start with that from looking at my OSCAR data.

Do I just attach my screenshots here to get some feedback? Please point me in the right direction, and I’ll upload it.

Thank you! I’ve got to get this figured out so I can get compliant.

Yes. Go to the "Daily" screen. Just press F12 to save a screenshot in Oscar. This gives the best view.

The most interesting graph is the "Flow Rate"

Leak is also very interesting. If so we might end up mouth taping.

You would adjust the minimum pressure on your Airsense in the clinic menu.

Kind regards
clan

P.S. Please keep additional uploads in this thread to keep everything together.

Thank you both for your responses!

I think I've got this organized the right way. Please let me know if anything is missing.

I attached 3 days worth of data where I wore the machine the longest. I'm anxious to hear some feedback.

Thanks again!

You've done well, Grasshopper!

Your numbers are looking pretty good. I think I would recommend that you up your minimum pressure to 7 cm. That way, you will be receiving the full benefit of the EPR set to 3. Your apneas appear to be positional. Try to stay on your side as much as possible. Of course, the OAs could be you holding your breath as you turn to a new position.

How do you feel?

I feel like garbage. ? Still so tired. But on the positive side of things, when I sleep all night with the machine, I don’t have a headache! Small victories. I’ll take it.

When I was looking at the data, I thought, should I go up to 7 as my minimum pressure? So I guess I was looking at the right thing.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner, because sleeping in bed on my side has made me feel a bit more claustrophobic. I know I have to get back into bed and sleep on my side. Maybe the pressure change will help me get more comfortable.

Thank you so much. You have no idea how much I appreciate your help. I’m going to get the hang of it. I know I will. I will report back tomorrow and let you know how I did with the change!

Just wanted to stop by and thank you again! That pressure increase is exactly what I needed to fall asleep comfortably and stay asleep. I actually felt like I was getting the air that I needed prior to dozing off. Made all the difference. I slept straight through for 7 hours (which hasn't happened in almost a year), and I feel pretty good so far today! I'll keep working at it and hoping I keep this momentum.
