air sounds like its struggling
H all,
Having a persistent issue. Just as im falling asleep, or sometimes I will wake up to it, I will hear the air at the very beginning of an inhale sound like its struggling  or puttering just as im inhaling in, waking me up. It seems like maybe im holding my breath too long at the end of the exhale? but when I try to imitate it, it won't happen. Just as im falling asleep, my soft palate relaxes into my throat/tongue (UARS) making a noise (which is why I use this) but maybe its happening when that's happening. The problem is, if I raise the pressure anymore then say 7, im am swallowing air and belching all night. All very frustrating. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!
