Help with my sleep events

Help with my sleep events
Hello,
I am a 27 year old male diagnosed with mild OSA in 2022. I use a Resmed Airsense 10 with a Resmed AirTouch Nasal Mask. On October 7th, 2024, I underwent surgery to straighten my deviated septum and reduce my turbinates. I can now breathe much more easily and normally and have resumed my CPAP therapy.

However, since 2022, I still don't wake up feeling refreshed and experience daytime sleepiness and grogginess regardless of how much sleep I get. This is starting to impact my career and overall life. I don’t drink or smoke, eat healthily, exercise, and follow all the recommended sleep hygiene practices.
Since 2020, my sleep deprivation has gradually worsened, leading to fragmented sleep and night awakenings. Even with CPAP therapy, I am still waking up several times a night. This is my first time using APAP therapy, and my OSCAR data shows a significant number of Clear Airway apneas. My pressure settings are 6-20 cmH2O.

Please review my OSCAR data and provide any recommendations to adjust my machine settings. I would appreciate any help in understanding this data and experimenting with potential solutions.
The first OSCAR data is for an 8-hour period, during which I woke up twice with APAP mode. The second data is a short sample of an hour or two sleep with CPAP mode (ignore the APAP mode on the data, I switched it from CPAP to APAP in the machine before importing it to the OSCAR).

Thank you for your insights and recommendations.

RE: Help with my sleep events
Welcome to the board.  The first thing you must do is control your leaks.  With leaks this large you are not getting any therapy and many of your events are recorded.  It looks like most of your leaks are mouth leaks.  There are 2 way to try to stop them.  First is a full face mask.  This works for some but the down side is there is a larger area the the mask must seal and it depends on your face it you can find a mask that will control your leaks. The other way is to tape your mouth.  There are a lot of people that use tape, you can search the site and read about it and I'm sure someone that is using tape will also reply..

If you decide to use mouth tape there are a couple that work well that lots here like, Cover Roll Stretch tape and Hypafix tape.  I prefer Theraband Kinesiology tape as it is more comfortable and conforms better to my facial contours, but it is more expensive.  Some can use less tape than me, but I need 2-inch wide tape cut to about 5-1/2 inches longer.  More narrow or short and I still leak.

If it hurts too much to remove, I have tips for that too.

Thank you for the responses. I am ordering a mouth tape. Are there anything else that stands out from my events? I see a lot of Central Airway Apneas, but i was not diagnosed with Central Apnea, only Mild OSA. So could this be treatment emerging Central apneas?
Thanks
