Thanks SuperSleeper, just need to think outside the square, I wrap left over material from the mask liners I make around the ring to stop any noise. In Australia, the clip is know as an alligator clip.

I have a cpap Hose Lift, which I bought from an online cpap shop for £21.95 sterling.
It's a wonderful intervention. As the product description accurately states, "It suspends your tubing above your head and rotates with sleep movement, giving you freedom to toss and turn." It also reduces leaks, as the hose doesn't tug the mask when you move your head in bed. It's very light, foldable and portable. As well as using it at home, I always take it with me when I'm travelling. I can't recommend it highly too highly. If you can afford one, it's money well spent. Festive greetings from England.
