If you have a problem with cpap, try to sleep on wedge pillow with cervical pillow sometimes this helps in keeping the airway open

I sleep with my wife and girlfriend every night.... My wife calls my body pillow my girlfriend. She's jealous because I spend more time cuddling with my girlfriend than my wife. But, they've proven I do have less sleep apnea sleeping on my side cuddling with my girlfriend than on my stomach or back.
