that is what I have been thinking of doing and looking into these ring thingys. For the time being I have tried to remember to check my o2 when i get woken up but thats difficult to do. I have simple pulse oximeters on both sides of my bed

It is better to document the whole night alongside your OSCAR data. Oxygen saturation changes quickly, so saturation after waking up is useless.

A recording pulse oximeter will be a good idea. Wellue is one recommended. I forget recent models.
