I did change the setting to FFM, yes.
And yeah, I think I feel better than yesterday but I still don't feel too good. I've been working on sleep hygiene and looking into side effects of my meds so I'm hoping something clicks soon.

As to the tape, you may be like me. I eventually found that I needed to use 2-inch wide tape, cut to about 5-1/2 inches. Any narrower or shorter and I still leaked. Try that.
Also, I agree, go back to the range.

Unfortunately, I've tried a few different lengths and nothing has worked. I think until I get the tongue thing down. I'll stick with the FFM.
