I can see it coming down the road.
I know in my heart of hearts, that I'm coming to a cross-road of sorts. It's been over 6.5 years now of being on CPAP Therapy. Well okay, closer to 5.5 cause I took a year off ago a while back.
Right now, I'm "hit & miss" as far as masking up every night. The nights I don't, I sleep just fine. The nights I do, I sleep just fine.
Anyways, if I experienced any improvement at all, it was a minor one. I haven't seen my sleep doctor in years. Last I heard, he has his hands full with the current patients he has, and doesn't have time to see his previous patients.
It was our family doctor that recommended that I see a sleep specialist. I still see him and he's now focused on my AFIB issues.
This forum has been a great source of motivation and inspiration, as well as some great laughs on the side. Anyways, it's on my mind and I'm thinking my way thru it all.
