ANOTHER UPDATE -
Figured I would post another 3 nights of screenshots to gather your take on my readings - to me they look pretty good. I am also feeling more adjusted to wearing the cpap in general. So it's been okay for the last couple days actually falling asleep.
So here you go - this is Monday - Wednesday night -
THANKS AGAIN for any and all assistance you give!

Those charts look so good! And it's heartening to hear you're feeling better adjusted to the CPAP experience. I'm going to bet you'll continue to get more and more comfortable with it. How are you feeling during the day?
I think you should stick with these settings. You could eventually raise your max a little, but I don't really recommend it. The machine is just responding to the FLs, and I think for most people higher pressures don't do much for FLs. Plus we don't know for sure that your FLs disturb your sleep.

I seems over the last 4 nights my AHI has continued to stay under 1 except one of the nights it was 1.6.
Couple of questions -
* I seem to have on average 3 Hypopnea episodes per night - are they correlated with flow rate or flow limit?
* The CA abbreviation when I scroll over it says "Clear Airway" - is that the same as a Central Apnea episode? Was wondering what this actually meant? As I have an average of 1-3 nightly since the beginning of my CPAP usage on March 1st, and sometimes up to 5!
Is it cause for concern???

RE: In a quandry over a couple of things...
CA stands for clear airway because that's all the machine is able to detect. It uses a forced oscillation technique to send pulses of pressure into your mask and reads the response to flow in order to attempt to determine if the volume of your lungs and throat are accessible to respond to the signal or if it's reflected back by an obstructed airway. Detection of a true central requires additional sensors which your CPAP does not have, so this is the closest it can get. If your airway is open and you are not breathing, the assumption is that there is no drive to breathe.
More importantly, in your case it's not likely something to be concerned with at all. It's not uncommon at all to hold one's breath for a few second when changing sleep position, or transitioning between sleep stages. Your machine is flagging them because that's what it does, but if you're seeing a bare few scattered around here and there especially when either falling asleep or in the morning when you may be dozing prior to getting up, it's no trouble at all.

Agreed, CA stands for Central Apnea and labeled clear airway. It's possibly a breath hold while moving a bit in sleep. An AHI bump of 0.6 is pretty normal, we're not attempting for 0 AHI 100%, the goal is lower than the treated 5 AHI with decent comfort and rest.

In my experience you'll have an idea something with CPAP therapy has jumped the rails, you'll feel different. Then looking at the numbers, oh OK this X changed.
